MAIN ST., STAFFORD, TEXAS TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: • An Ordinance for the addition of a new Land Use Designation "Commissary Kitchen" to be placed in the "Food and Beverage Services" section of the Permitted Use Table (Sec. 102-83. - Principal permitted use table.) • An Ordinance amending Chapter 102 of the Code of Ordinances, the same being the City's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to amend the Planned Development District "Park Hill Villas" located on Stafford Run. (b) Public Comments on item (a). (c) Consideration of appropriate action on item (a).

(a) Discussion of an Ordinance for the addition of a new Land Use Designation "Commissary Kitchen" to be placed in the "Food and Beverage Services" section of the Permitted Use Table (Sec. 102-83, -Principal permitted use table.) The addition of this use would provide more clarity and accuracy to classifying these types of establishments. (b) Public Hearing. (c) Consideration of appropriate action on item (a) by Planning and Zoning Commission. (d) Consideration of appropriate action on item (a) by City Council.

(a) Discussion of an Ordinance amending Chapter 102 of the Code of Ordinances, the same being the City's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to amend the Planned Development District "Park Hill Villas" located on Stafford Run.
