"Principal permitted use table" to allow hotel as a permitted use in Mixed Use Development District (MU-1). Providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. (b) Public Hearing on Ordinance change. (c) Consideration of appropriate action on item (a).
