(a) Per Ordinance 62-35 of the Code of Ordinances, in July of each year, or soon thereafter as appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission have been made, the Commission shall meet and elect from among its member a chairperson, vice-chairperson, and a secretary. The term of office for each position shall be for one year beginning in July.
