(a) The City received a Specific Use Permit application from Chemplast, Inc. (a plastic injection molding manufacturer) to allow for the construction of a 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse addition to a 146,392 sq.ft. existing building in the MU (mixed use) zoning district. (b) Public Hearing on the Specific Use Permit. (c) Discussion of comments made during Public hearing. (d) Consideration of appropriate action on items (a-c).
(a) The City received a petition for a Preliminary Plat from BPFM Holdings, LLC consisting of 1.06 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Mula Road and Bates Lane. The plat consists of one (1) unrestricted reserve that is 0.90 acres in size. (b) Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat. (c) Discussion of comments made during Public hearing. (d) Consideration of appropriate action on items (a-c).

More, specifically modifications to Section 102-83.1(B)-Additional Requirements by Use Type-"Hotels" and Section 102-171(H)(5)- Supplemental Regulations for Hotels in the MU2- Mixed Use zoning district. See proposed draft Ordinance Amendment. (b) Public Hearing on Amendment to Zoning Ordinance. (c) Discussion of comments made during Public Hearing.
