Discussion and possible action to determine whether Commissioner George’s absence on November 11, 2014 is excused or unexcused.
(a) Discussion and consideration of Preliminary Site Plan approval for RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. for the development of a Convenience Store with 10 Fuel Dispensers. (b) Consideration of appropriate action on Item(a).
(a) Discussion of an Ordinance of the City of Stafford, Texas, amending Chapter 102 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, the same being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to add Single Family Residential District–1 Zoning District (“SFR-1”); providing for the creation of SFR-1; providing for the zoning of certain property as SFR-1 described as all of Unrestricted Reserve B, Block 2 “The Fountains” Section 1; all of Unrestricted Reserve C, Block 1 “The Fountains” Section 1; all of Unrestricted Reserve D-2, Block 1 “The Fountains” Section 1, Replat of Reserve D; consisting of approximately 8.348 acres along Fountain Lake Drive near Executive Drive; providing that the Zoning Map shall be changed to reflect the Zoning District change; providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars for violation of any provision hereof; repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith; and providing for severability.
