Discussion and possible action to determine whether Commissioner Ortega’s absence on July 8, 2014 is excused or unexcused.
(a) Discussion of an ordinance amending chapter 102 “Zoning” of the City of Stafford code of ordinances; amending the official zoning district map from Primary Corridor (PC) to Single Family Residential (SFR) on two tracts of land the first tract being a 2.93 acre tract of land platted as unrestricted reserve A within the Estates at Promenade Section 2; the second tract of land being a 8.35 acre tract of land out of a 15.343 acre unrestricted reserve A-2 within the plat Estates at Promenade North Replat of Reserve A-2 known as unrestricted reserve C; providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; providing an effective date.
