Discussion and possible action to determine whether Commissioner Rosas’s absence on October 12, 2010 is excused or unexcused.

(b) Discussion of an ordinance amending Chapter 102 “Zoning” and Chapter 98 “Vegetation” of the City of Stafford Code of Ordinances regulating uses and vegetation in the Island (IS) and Primary Corridor (PC) zoning districts. (c) Consideration of appropriate action on item 4(a).
(a) Discussion of an ordinance amending Chapter 102 of the Code of Ordinances, the same being the City’s Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, by granting a Specific Use Permit to International Bible Church, to allow the expansion and development of an existing Assembly Group A-3 Occupancy, on a 4.3062 acre tract of land located within the City in Zoning District MU, and further identified as being located at 12955 Stafford Road. (b) Public Hearing on the proposed ordinance described in item 5(a). (c) Discussion of comments received during the Public Hearing on ordinance as described in item 5(a). (d) Consideration of appropriate action on items 5(a) – 5(c).

(a) Notice that November 9, 2010 is Commissioner Woolridge’s last meeting as a Commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Commissioner Woolridge will be seated as a Councilman for the City of Stafford on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. When he is sworn in as a Councilman, his seat on the Planning and Zoning Commission will become vacant. (b) Comments by Commissioners and Mr. Woolridge in regard to his service on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
