(a) Approval of Irby Rico Building Inspector attendance at the TPC Trainco A/C and Refrigeration Seminar March 29 & 30, 2016 and attendance to the PHCC Texas Plumbing Continuing Education class June 25, 2016. Requesting approval of expenses related to these training items in the amount of $990.00 and $ 95.00 respectively as detailed in memo dated February 1, 2016. (b) Approval of request to hire Ruben Cantu for one of the positions for Part Time Parks Caretaker as specified in memo dated January 27, 2016. (c) Request for approval for Judge Ronique Bastine-Robinson to attend a judicial education seminar sponsored by Texas Municipal Courts Education Center March 20-22, 2016. The seminar is located in Dallas, Texas expenses are not to exceed $150.00 for lodging and registration with the meals and transportation being reimbursable by the City. (d) Request for approval for Texas Environmental Health Association (TEHA) Gulf Coast Chapter to hold their chapter meeting April 21, 2016 in the suites at the Stafford Centre.
