The Awareness Field is in recognition of National Child Abuse Awareness Month as detailed in the letter dated February 11, 2016. (c) Approval to change the working titles of two Public Works positions from Traffic Tech II to Crew Leader and from Mechanic III to Foreman. (d) Approval of Scott McElrath attendance at the TEEX International Property Maintenance Code Class, April 4 thru 6, 2016 in College Station, Texas. Requesting approval of expenses related to this training item in the amount of $725.00 as detailed in memo dated February 19, 2016 by Chris Riggs, Building Director. (e) Request for approval for eight members of the Stafford Police Department to attend training with all related expenses as set forth in the memo Acting Chief Ramirez dated February 22, 2016. (f) Request for approval for Laura Morales, Chief Permit Clerk to attend a five day seminar for Residential Plans Examiner from March 28 thru April 1, 2016. Expenses related to this training item are $1492.64 as detailed in the memo dated February 22, 2016, by Chris Riggs, Building Director. (f) Approval for Jonathan Farmer to attend a one day GIS training conference in Houston on March 31, 2016 with expenses as detailed in the memo dated February 23, 2016, by Lawrence Vaccaro, Interim Public Works Director. (i) Approval to purchase a vehicle for the new health inspector from Helfman Ford in the amount of $24,280.00 plus accessories.
