(a) Discussion of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Stafford, Texas, amending Section 18, Article X, "Food Service Sanitation", of the City of Stafford Code of Ordinances; adopting the 2015 Texas Food Establishment Rules; requiring a permit for the operation of food establishments; adopting local amendments to the Texas Food Establishment Rules; providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
