(a) Discussion of an Ordinance amending Chapter 102 “Zoning” of the City of Stafford Code of Ordinances; amending the official zoning district map by creating a new zoning district, “Retail, Commercial, and Light Manufacturing (RCLM)” and amending the official zoning map from residential, Commercial, and Technology (RCT) to Retail, Commercial, and Light Manufacturing (RCLM) on approximately 526 acres, located north of US Hwy 90A, east of South Kirkwood Road and west of the Primary Corridor zoning designation along Murphy Road and south of the MU-2 zoning designation; providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
